Our Founder: Eve Given-Nasby

Eve Given-Nasby isn’t just a staffing expert — she is a community leader, a mentor, a connector, and a purpose-driven entrepreneur with more than 30 years of experience in talent acquisition and workforce strategy.

Eve’s journey began after she graduated from Purdue University, and it has since led her through leadership roles with global staffing firms, media engagement, community service, and multiple entrepreneurial ventures. Along the way, she has developed a deep understanding of what it takes to match talent with opportunity in ways that create long-term success for both individuals and organizations.

Her commitment to people extends beyond business: Eve has hosted television and radio programs focused on employment and veteran transitions, penned popular columns in San Diego Veteran Magazine and Homeland Magazine reaching millions of readers, and served as an advocate for veteran employment initiatives. She also serves as the Chair of the Board and CEO of the San Diego Christian Chamber of Commerce, where she champions a faith-centered approach to business leadership.

When Eve isn’t working to strengthen organizations and entrepreneurs, she can often be found playing piano, singing the National Anthem at community events with her daughter, or serving in her church and local community.
